Letter of thanks from Three Wheels

Dear Dharma friends,

Thank you very much indeed for attending the funeral ceremony for the late Mrs Hiroko Sato, wife of Rev. Prof. Kemmyo Taira Sato, on Saturday 15th December and sending beautiful flowers and many messages of your sincere condolences to the Sato family and Three Wheels. All of the Sato family members are so grateful to each of you.

On behalf of the Sato family and Three Wheels, please let me express my deepest gratitude to all of you for what you have done for them and us.

Despite being a very cold morning on the day of Hiroko-san’s funeral, thanks to everyone who attended and the wonderful words of gratitude to her by Venerable Takehara, Prof. White and Rev. Sato, all of the participants were absolutely able to feel the warmth of Hiroko-san which still exists at Three Wheels and will also remain in our hearts forever.

Needless to say, it is definitely such a huge loss and sadness for all of us. However, being reminded by each of you what Hiroko-san was like, we are now given enough power and courage to make the next step forward which is what she wishes for all of us.

The schedule for all of  Three Wheels activities in 2019 is now uploaded on to the Three Wheels’ website.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at Three Wheels in 2019 together with Hiroko-san’s spirit.

Best wishes for your Christmas day and New Year,

Rev. Kenshin Ishii
Deputy Director
